Daily Recital Checklist
CHECKING FOR NEW RECITAL REGISTRATIONS
*
Navigate to the recital page (this can be accessed either through your profile page or by typing the recital name in search bar)
Check for any students whose enrollment date is today or yesterday
Add the student’s instrument and instructor name to the program information (TIP: Have a second Opus1 tab open to look up student accounts)
IF THERE IS A QUESTION MARK NEXT TO THE STUDENT’S NAME:

Verify the student has paid the participation fee by going into the paid invoices for their account manager
IF PAID - Update the question mark to a green check mark by clicking on the icon and selecting “Confirmed” from the list
IF NOT PAID - Send the “Recital Confirmation Text - Fee Needs Charged” text to the account manager
IF ALREADY TEXTED - Send the “Recital Fee Confirmation - 2nd Contact STUDENT” after three days of no response. (The deadline is two days from now)
N/A - All students are “confirmed” in the recital page
IF A VOICE, VIOLIN, VIOLA, CELLO, OR WOODWIND STUDENT HAS ENROLLED

Add the student to the “Voice, String, and Woodwind Performances” Spreadsheet found in the current recital’s folder with all needed information (Spreadsheet tabs are sorted by instrument)
Check if the this student is already updated on the Opus1 page as needing a backing track or accompanist
IF NOT, text the teacher “Voice Student Registered for Recital - Teachers” OR “String/Woodwind Student Registered For Recital - Teachers”
N/A - No violin/viola/cello/woodwind students enrolled today
IF A STUDENT NEEDS AN ACCOMPANIST

Verify “Needs Accompanist” has been checked in the Opus recital page
Add the accompanist under “Accompanist Arranged” in the Opus recital page (This is either their recital accompanist, or their teacher)
Verify if the student has been marked “YES” under “$45 Fee Charged?” in “Voice, String, and Woodwind Performances” Spreadsheeton 3
IF NO - Verify the student has paid the $45 accompanist fee by going into the paid invoices for their account manager
IF PAID - Update the “Voice, String, and Woodwind Performances” spreadsheet
IF NOT PAID - Send the “Recital - Piano Accompanist Charge Needed” OR “ Recital - Accompanist Charge Needed (teacher accompanying)” text to the account manager
IF ALREADY TEXTED - Send a F/U or email F/U after three days of no response. (The deadline to confirm an accompanist is two weeks before the recital)
VERIFY ALL EMAILS TAGGED “RECITAL/MUSIC” OR “ACCOMPANIST MUSIC” HAVE BEEN UPLOADED TO THE RECITAL BACKING TRACK OR SHEET MUSIC FOLDER

Rename the file to include the student’s first and last name
Tag the email as “uploaded”
No recital music emails were received today
VERIFY THE “VOICE, STRING, AND WOODWIND PERFORMANCE” SPREADSHEET HAS BEEN FULLY UPDATED

Going through each student on the spreadsheet:
Verify that each section of the spreadsheet has been updated according to student and teacher replies for today
Backing track students: If the backing track is in the Backing Track folder, highlight GREEN
Backing track students: If NO, highlight student in YELLOW
Accompanist student: Has accompanist fee been charged?
Accompanist student: Is the sheet music in the Sheet Music Folder?
Accompanist student: Has the rehearsal been scheduled with a “Recital Accompaniment and Rehearsal” credit?
Accompanist student: IF YES to ALL, highlight student in GREEN
Accompanist student: IF NO to ANY, highlight student in YELLOW
